چکیده
Monopile response under undrained conditions in sand is gaining increasing interests owing to the recent development of offshore wind farms seismic regions. Pore pressure evolution liquefiable soil can significantly reduce strength and stiffness which turn affects structural dynamic response. Several numerical models have been developed last two decades enhance understanding mechanism monopile–soil interaction with existence pore water pressure. In this study, effects geometry static vertical load on monopile lateral were studied using three-dimensional finite element methods that consider cyclic load-induced To achieve reliable simulation results pile displacement accumulation during loading, simple anisotropic model memory surface for behavior was adopted. For piles same diameter, a accumulated head loading decreased linearly embedded length but increased eccentricity. Bladder tissue passive response to monotonic and cyclic loading.
The fundamental passive mechanical properties of the bladder need to be known in order to design the most appropriate long-term surgical repair procedures and develop materials for bladder reconstruction. This study has focused on the bladder tissue viscoelastic behavior, providing a comprehensive analysis of the effects of fibers orientation, strain rate and loading history. Whole bladders har...
متن کاملComparison of Cyclic and Monotonic Behaviours of Loose Calcareouse Sand Using Hollow Cylinder Torsional Apparatus
Calcareous sediments are located in temperate and tropical areas near offshore hydrocarbon industries and petrochemical reserves such as the Persian Gulf of Iran. These sediments have complicated physical properties which make them completely different from silicate soils. Carbonate sediments are mainly formed by the skeletal remains of marine organisms. Therefore, a wide variety of engineering...
متن کاملAn elasto-plastic model to describe the undrained cyclic behavior of saturated sand with initial static shear
With the aim of simulating the behavior of saturated sand with initial static shear (i.e., sloped ground) undergoing undrained cyclic loading, which leads to liquefaction and large cyclic shear strain development, an elastoplastic constitutive model which can describe both monotonic and cyclic torsional shear behaviors of saturated sand under drained and/or undrained conditions is presented. It...
متن کاملThe Behavior of Suction Bucket under Cyclic Loading in Saturated Lands
Numerical modeling was carried out to investigate the responses of suction bucket foundations under vertical cyclic loading. Numerical results were compared with centrifuge experiment results. Before the capacity of the model suction bucket to resist cyclic loading could be investigated, the static pullout capacities had to be determined. The buckets with different aspect ratio are investigated...
متن کاملpost-cyclic behavior of compacted clay-sand mixtures
this paper presents the results of a series of monotonic and post-cyclic triaxial tests carried out on a clay specimen and three types of clay-sand mixed specimens. the focus of the paper is on the post-cyclic mechanical behavior of the mixed specimens, as compared to their monotonic behavior. analyses of the tests results show that cyclic loading degrade undrained shear strength and deformatio...
